Dr. Katrin Muff is Dean of Business School Lausanne, and one of the visioneers behind the 50+20 initiative. Inspired by the Rio+20 focus on the big issues of our time, a group of engaged stakeholders decide to do the same for management education, proposing a radical revision of the role of management education in society at large. Known as 50+20, this initiative has shown remarkable results and continues to evolve and influence leadership for the common good. As one of the founders, Katrin Muff shares her story of positive disruption and the spirit of ‘just getting started’.
